Office City’s Low Price Guarantee:
Office City offers to beat most of the public web prices offered by chain stores. This offer is valid for exact brand-matching items and may require pricing to be factored in instances where packaging quantities vary. For example, Office City carries a pen that is sold by the dozen and the chain store carries the same pen in a box of 10. Your price will be based on the chain store's price per pen.
We have made every effort to find and properly cross-reference our house brand items to the appropriate chain stores or online retailer's house branded products. In some cases there is not an exact match for a house brand item. If you find a house brand item that appears to be an exact match for one of our house band items, please bring it to our attention. We will adjust your price and update our database. When possible, we may offer a comparable item of the same description and quality where one exists.
The chain stores frequently change their prices, product numbers and specials in what we believe is an effort to complicate true comparison-shopping. At any given moment there will always be some price increases and decreases on the regional chain store sites that have not been updated in our systems. Closeouts & discontinued products are not cross-referenced. It has been our experience that these price changes will average out and offset each other over time. In the long run and over your full range of purchases Office City’s pricing is very competitive.
Some of the chain stores offer a "low price guarantee" as well. Read the fine print and you will spend more time and effort than it's worth to claim your refund. We prefer not to play those games.
